關汗青，湖南大學博士，新加坡南洋理工大學博士後，副教授。入選第八屆中國科協“青年人才托舉工程”，湖南省普通高校青年骨幹教師。主持國家自然科學基金青年基金、湖南省自然科學基金青年基金等科研項目3項，技術負責國家自然科學基金面上項目和國家重點研發子課題等科研項目3項。在Mechanical System and Signal Processing、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、Journal of Sound and Vibration等國内外權威期刊發表論文16 篇（Top 期刊7 篇），申請/授權國家發明專利11 項，獲得2022 年日内瓦國際發明展銀獎（排3/共6），獲得2020-2023年度湖南省自然科學優秀學術論文二等獎一項，2021-2023年度湘潭市自然科學優秀學術論文二等獎一項、三等獎一項。擔任國際權威期刊Nonlinear Dynamics、SAGE Part J: Journal of Engineering Tribology審稿人、湖南省工程熱物理學會理事、中國發明協會會員等。
